About Us

Established in 2002, TrustCare Scotland set out with one purpose, to provide well-trained and experienced staff, carers, nurses and domestics to nursing homes for the elderly. We now provide quality nursing staff and carers to both private homes and nursing homes throughout Edinburgh, the Lothians and the Forth Valley.

Trustcare is committed to the care of the elderly. We believe that this should not only be affordable, but should also be easy and consistent - wherever possible placing the same staff with the same nursing home.

We constantly monitor your requirements and keep you informed of any developments regarding your staffing needs. We are always available personally on the phone and are committed to keeping our clients updated on all progress in providing staff and new developments.

We will not employ inexperienced carers and all our staff have current MOVING AND HANDLING Certificates and ENHANCED DISCLOSURE. We have profile sheets on all our staff which detail all training records and experience.

We try to give our staff a feeling of being part of Trustcare and that we have an interest in their welfare. We provide training to keep staff up to date with all the latest developments in care for the elderly.

We intend to increase our training options leading to training for SVQs. We are also keen to fulfil your training needs. We would be pleased to hear from you should there be particular courses you are interested in.
